A typical class consists of 10 to 15 minutes of warm-up drills, then followed by 20 to 25 minutes of techniques and ends with 20 to 30 minutes of sparring where the student will attempt to execute the techniques against a live opponent in a controlled and safe environment.

Uniform Requirements:

A student must wear a Brazilian jiu-jitsu gi for class. Exceptions are made for new students in their first month of the free trial, where you can wear a t-shirt and shorts. A mouthpiece is also recommended.
